News : ND REP. ZAISER: OFFICIAL E-MAIL ACCOUNT PLUGGED FOR A YEAR!!

During my preparation for the March 7, 2008 IBL meeting in Bismarck I experienced several emails being returned as undeliverable. These were for the most part to legislators involved with WSI issues. It has since come to my attention that there are several legislators who are so diligent in their service to ND citizens that they can not be reached by e-mail because their email accounts are full (>50 megs) and thus, emails regarding official government communications cannot be delivered. Listed below are those legislators with the date from when their email account was continuously plugged and messages undeliverable:

I have contacted Jay Buringrud at ND Legislative Council and made an "open records" request of information to determine how long these accounts have been full and inoperable in a continuous fashion prior to today, July 31, 2008.

It seems that it should be relatively easy to answer this request but we shall see.
