The crux of one of the felony charges against Sandy Blunt is that he gave "bonuses" to selected employees in a preferential manner. The following email firmly establishes as Blunt has always claimed, that after performance appraisals that people would be paid retroactively to December 2004.
Here is the text of that email (omitted is the WSI address, phone numbers and email address that seemingly was automatically appended to the end of the document by the WSI computer system):
